Our clients are seeking to recruit a Head of HR;

2. Abuja (Technology Company)
Key responsibilities:
. Responsible for the human resources (HR) Functions and is charged with planning and managing Human Resources program and strategies
· Preparation of staff payroll and compensation Benefits.
· Responsible for the development and implementation of the recruiting, retention, training & development, performance management, conflict resolution, employee relations and engagement policies & strategies including the day-to-day operational activities of the department
· Advise the management team on the most professional and appropriate human resource instruments and strategies and participate in management meeting.
· Responsible for ensuring that the organization maintains compliance with human resources related Federal and State regulations, Law, Policies and regulations.
· Adding value to the organization in area of effective appraisal system
· Establishment of the Training school and conducting in house training for staff
. Development of performance Management and succession Plan.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any other social sciences/business related subject
· Minimum of 10 years HR generalist experience and at least a year experience with a minimum of 4 years in managerial or supervisory role
· Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals in the area of recruitment and retention; people development, employee welfare & relations and policy compliance.
· Experience in coordinating training, delivery of training will be a plus
. Experience in administering compensation and benefits
· Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM or MCIPM) or SHRM/SPHR Certification (Preferred)
