The ideal candidate should have a facilities management and general administration background. The role involves overseeing various aspects of office operations and management of support staff. Strong problem-solving, crisis management, and process-oriented skills are essential.
This position demands a blend of organizational prowess, interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
· Management of office facilities and infrastructure
· Procurement on behalf of the office
· Management of the Director’s accommodation facility
· Management of cleaning staff, drivers and other support staff at the office and Director’s residence
